Return Process

  Ensure your items are unopened, in original packaging, and purchased within the last 30 days to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Email our guest services team or visit your local Fuzz Wax Bar location with your order number and proof of purchase to initiate the request.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package the products to prevent damage during transit; for in-store returns, simply bring the items and your digital receipt to the front desk.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a Fuzz credit within 5-7 business days.
